Olga came to yoga in the early 90s while being in professional sports and
living in her native Russia. She started applying Yoga Asanas to get
restored after training and competitions in long distance running and race
walking. She also noticed that, as a result, her awareness increased, her
sleep improved, and she achieved calmness of her mind. Besides, practicing
Yoga helped her heal minor injuries, release muscles stiffness, and balance
body, mind, and soul. |
