Sarah first fell in love with the physical form of yoga (asana) as a teen primarily as a complementary practice to her dance training. Her practice was dramatically deepened when she discovered the multiple limbs of yoga while living at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga on beautiful Salt Spring Island, BC. It was then that Sarah began to see yoga as a way of life and not just a physical practice. In 2008 Sarah finished her degree in Contemporary Dance at Simon Fraser University and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Salt Spring
Centre of Yoga.

“In my classes I emphasize that your practice is about the journey, not the destination. There is no rush. Instead, close your eyes and consciously pay attention. I intend to give you the space you need to
breathe and listen to your body. Yoga has the ability to change your life - one breath at a time.”
