Hatha Yoga

A rejuvenating class releasing the muscle tension from everyday life and sports activities.
This classical form of Yoga postures and breathing revitalizes the body physically and mentally. Through this practice you enhance flexibility, increase muscle tone, concentration, detoxify the organs and feel a deep state of relaxation.

Open to all levels. 

Kundalini Yoga

A dynamic fast paced powerful form of Yoga that stimulates the glandular, nervous and immune systems.     
Each class includes centering oneself with a mantra, warm-up, a specific yoga postures set, deep relaxation and meditation. Benefits include weight control, relief from stress, insomnia and liver detoxification.
Expect  fast-paced repetitive movements that get your heart beating and spirit singing!

      Gentle Yoga

This class is for the beginner and seasoned yogi/yogini alike. 
This class provides us a time to wind down from a long week and open up the tight areas.  Like Yin Yoga we focus on hips, hip flexors, quadriceps, low back and pelvis though we have gentle movements which nurture and soothe integrated into the mix such as swaying, rocking, circling our hips and shoulders freely and focusing on self-massage points as well.  You can expect to leave feeling at peace with the condition your body is in after this all encompassing journey which focuses on letting go of the old, to in turn welcome the new.
